Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards, and downloadable products.
Proof of Purchase
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your product directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., opened CDs, damaged items not due to our error, items returned after 30 days).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us to request an exchange.
Gifts
If your item was a gift, you'll receive a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping
Send returns to: Dashashwamedh Ghat, Varanasi. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
